解决方案
打开 ~/.config/kwinrc
修改为
网上找到的解决方案都不行了.因为版本已经升级.
但在网上搜索的解决方案应该是在旧版本里生成,如:

# rc.local config file created by use
deepin-wm --replace> /dev/null 2>&1 &
和
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=mbl
Exec=deepin-wm --replace> /dev/null 2>&1 & #（这里也可以指向一个.sh脚本文件）
Terminal=false
StartupNotify=true
Categories=Office;
X-Deepin-CreatedBy=com.deepin.dde.daemon.Launcher
X-Deepin-AppID=mbl
都是基于 deepin-wm ,但在15.11里根本就没有找到.
